How to get involved in WYD

As co-hosts to World Youth Day, New Zealand is given a very rare and awesome responsibility in helping the world celebrate this international event.

There are many opportunities for every member of our parishes to play a part. As co-hosts we will have pilgrims from other countries spending time in our diocese prior to World Youth Day in July 2008.

Pilgrims from other countries will be spending time in the Diocese of Auckland prior to the events in Sydney. They will be hosted in pairs. Do you think you could host 2 pilgrims over the time of the Days in the Diocese (10 - 14 July 2007)? (This is an indication, not a commitment, at this stage!)
